	See the cool cat behind the wheel? That's me driving the President of our Alameda Association of Realtors in the 4th of July Parade They always ask me because I've got the coolest Red Corvette in town. That and the fact I've been the Chairman of our Local Government Affairs Committee 2 of the last 3 years.
My wife Jacquie and I bought a piece of land on Montbovon Switzerland last year. She's inspecting, we plan to build a Chalet in a couple of years there. Montbovon is 7 miles from the Swiss Riviera City of Montreaux, along Lake Geneva and five miles west of Gstaad, the world famous Ski Resort.
	Me, I'm just stunned, that a kid from Oakland can even say such a thing, crazy.
We went on a Tanzanian Safari on our 20th anniversary. My wife and some of the Massai wives share a laugh.
	I'm doing the Massai Jumping Dance in the circle of a group of Massai Warriors. They weren't impressed. While I was in the center and old man came out ot challenge me while jumping off 1 leg, and he got higher!!! too funny. But, I'll tell you, these guys get way up there. It was like jumping against Michael Jordan.
This is a Re-hab project that taught me alot about Home Construction. We hired an Architect and acted as the General Contractor ourselves. The experience really helped me, in that it gave me a lot more confidence when consulting with Buyers & Sellers on homes that need work.
	Came out pretty nice eh?
